Rendell had a fantastic start, bettering that of Taylor and gaining on Pole position Ray. Keeping a cool head 'steady eddy' plugged away dicing with the front pack. Ray retired with a technical issue and the rain got the better of Taylor, who crashed out. Rendell finished second overall and first in the 125 category.
Rendell is a healthy 67 points ahead of fellow 125 Taz Taylor and 6 points ahead of Jordan Weavng (Moto 3 championship leader)
